Is laughter really the best medicine? Find out during this fun, interactive workshop.

Laughter Yoga combines simulated laughter exercises with breathing techniques to produce a wide range of physical, psychological and emotional benefits.

Best of all, one doesn’t need a sense of humor, or to be in a good mood or to be happy to reap the numerous rewards.

This non-political, non-religious and non-competitive activity is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. No special clothing or equipment is required.

Medical research provides sufficient data to show that even if a person pretends to laugh or act happy, his/her body produces “happiness chemicals.” The human mind isn’t able to distinguish between fake and genuine laughter.

Self-induced simulated laughter can easily be converted into real laughter when done in a group. Laughter is contagious. Everyone benefits as barriers are broken down, communication improves and self-confidence and creativity are boosted.
